Inside Justice / Breach of Contract
Afrim Dreshaj, a successful manager in “Beli Soft” Company returns to work from his annual leave. Once at the office, he finds another man seated at his desk. Confused and upset, Afrim asks for explanation from his supervisor, Bedri Shala. Bedri informs Afrim that he is fired. The humiliation and frustration pile up, and Bedri orders security to forcefully remove Afrim from the building.
Afrim sues the “Beli Soft” company for breach of contract—for the violation of his
contract terms of employment. Afrim claims he was fired without grounds and with no
proper notification. Throughout the court proceeding, the legal representative of “Beli
Soft” Company and his former supervisor try to damage Afrim’s credibility and his
reputation as a hard-working and ambitious man. It is up to Afrim’s lawyer to convey the
truth…
