After being granted a divorce in District Court, Aneta and Shpejtim argue over arrangement of their property, including the apartment where Aneta lives.
Wronged
by Shpejtim once again, Aneta decides to apply to the Municipal Court for
division of property acquired in their marriage, with the assistance of her lawyer.
Through the court proceedings, each party makes a statement to justify their position.
Shpejtim’s lawyer strongly objects to Aneta’s claim. In order to make their case, Aneta’s
lawyer says he is obliged to present difficult facts which Aneta, his client was hoping not
to address. The lawyer requests to call upon a witness…
