When the results and the thorough medical analyses confirmed that her son and several other children were poisoned by mouldy chocolates, Mrs. Egzona Dushkaja and the other parents decide to sue the manufacturer and demand compensation.
At the court
session the factory owner denies that the problem is chocolate, emphasizing the fact
the chocolate had a proper date and the product might have been damaged at the
shop where chocolates were bought. But facts prove that the chocolates were bought
in different shops where the conditions for proper maintenance of products were good.
