Inside Justice / Part I
After getting married, Shpejtim Kuqi started as a shop assistant in a grocery store, but soon spread his business. Aneta helped her husband in his business venture with the bridal gift of her family and the loan she took from the bank.
Aneta works in a travel
agency, but recently lost her job. Aneta and Shpejtim are in process of divorce by mutual
consent. They do not have any children. They confirmed their decision to get divorced
at the reconciliation session held by the Judge. Aneta can not afford a lawyer, so the
Judge advises her to got to the Legal Aid service.
After the main divorce session at the District Court is over and they get out of the
courtroom, Aneta asks to talk to Shpejtim about how to arrange the issue of their
property. Surprised Shpejtim tells her they do not have anything to share and that
nothing belongs to her. He walks away.
